PAYMENT
Orders will be processed once payments are complete.
SHIPPING
I typically use USPS First Class parcel service (7-10 days) unless you order multiple items which upgrades you to USPS Priority shipping (3-5 days) in some cases. Once shipped domestic orders usually arrive in 7-10 business days. I cannot be held responsible beyond tracking information, so please be sure you have a secure location to accept packages. Handmade and custom items cannot be easily or quickly be replaced if lost or stolen.
RETURN POLICY
I guarantee quality in supplies, craftsmanship and like to work with you to come up with a solution. You must contact me within 7 days if the item does not meet your expectations.
All refunds will be processed once item is received in undamaged/unused condition. Please contact me within 7 days of receipt and your return item must be shipped back to me within 3 days.
I am not responsible for damage that occurs due to misuse. If return is made due to an error on my part, I will give you a full refund or exchange.
