Thank you for visiting our Mere Bliss (AKA Mybootee Boutique).  We strive to conduct business in a timely manner.  Please contact us email us at mybb@comcast.net if you have questions or concerns.  At this time we have a message phone number, but we just don't have the extra hands to take calls.  So please include a detailed message and an return email address so that we can respond to you in a timely manner.

PAYMENT 
Orders will be processed once payments are complete.  Some forms of payment take three days to clear.  For those of you who don't know, you are not required to have a PayPal account to utilize the service.  

For payment methods requiring additional days to clear, don't worry, there is plenty of time for your payment to arrive before you come up in the queue.

SHIPPING


I use USPS Priority and First Class methods. Once shipped domestic orders usually arrive in 3-5 business days.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: There may be additional charges at your country's customs location, so please take this into account when ordering.  Packages usually take 3-5 business days to arrive in US customs.  Then up to two weeks for final delivery.  For your convenience,  I have calculated those fees and included them in the shipping charges as an estimate so you have an idea what you'll be paying in total.  Please keep in mind its only a guide and my estimations may be slightly off.  Once I purchase postage and ship,  I will refund the excess so you can use it to pay the local charges when it arrives.  Thank you

DUTY CHARGES BY REGION (this info is to be used as a tool,  and as an estimation.  I do my best to keep things updated the best I can,  but please do not expect 100% accuracy as this is only my understanding.  I've provided links to my sources in the hopes that it can help provide education about customs fees, and shopping abroad.  

AUSTRALIAN CUSTOMERS: Generally, there is no requirement to pay duty and Goods and Services Tax (GST) on imported goods valued at or below 
A$1000.  

CANADIAN CUSTOMERS: Duty fees can be up to approximately 5.25 + 9.95 (processing fee) for each 35.00 order.  I have attempted to include this cost in the shipping charge and will refund any remaining amount after shipping has been purchased so that you can use it to pay the Duty fees in your area.  If you want to calculate what your fee will actually be, please visit this link:  


NEW ZEALAND CUSTOMERS:  Tax is 15% and handling is 5%.  If the amount payable is less than NZ 60 you will not have to pay additional import costs.   

UK CUSTOMERS: For Orders valued at over 15 GBP 20% VAT charge applies to purchase prices (+shipping cost) as well as an 8-12 GBP Administrative Handling costs prior to delivery. 


RETURN POLICY
Exchanges are welcome and I try to make them as easy as possible.  I guarantee quality in supplies, craftsmanship, and fit and can make further adjustments if needed.  I also appreciate any feedback that can be offered during that time. 

All refunds will be processed once item is received in undamaged/unused condition, and will be provided in the same form payment was made. You must contact us within 5 days of receipt and the package must be postmarked within 10 days of receipt.

1.  Early Cancellations:  Please contact us within 24 hours to cancel orders early so that we can adjust our production schedule.  

2.  Shipped Orders:  We will refund the balance after shipping costs have been deducted. (Custom fabric request or **Nonstandard customizations are subject to a deduction of the supply cost of 3.00)

We are not responsible for damage that occurs due to misuse of the product.  If return is made due to an error on my part, I will refund shipping cost as well.
